Premier actively encourages open discussion and joint consultations with employees regarding Health and Safety issues through regular team and division meetings, along with the Health and Safety committee.

Premier is committed to continually improving Health and Safety standards throughout the Company and is hoping to achieve OSHAS 18001 throughout its Kerbside Division during 2007, with the project being rolled out to all other divisions during 2007 and 2008.
