ENVIRONMENT

 

Premier has accreditation to the ISO14001: Environmental Management Systems Standard across all sites and divisions.

As part of the accreditation four main Company objectives have been identified:

  1. To comply with legislative requirements.
  2. To reduce greenhouse gas emissions from Company activities.
  3. To increase waste diversion from landfill.
  4. To ensure that persons working on behalf of the Company have sound environmental practices.

The objectives are reviewed on a regular basis, and the environmental performance of the Company is reported quarterly to a Group Environmental Audit Committee.
